Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency (NDMA) websites are governed under Norwegian law, which includes the Personal Information Act, the Personal Information Regulations, the Administration Act, the Electronic Administrative Regulations and the Archive Act, among others. The website pages are also subject to EU General Data Protection Regulation, (GDPR).

INFORMATION DATA (COOKIES)

NDMA collects visitor statistics by using cookies on our webpages. NDMA utilises the open source utility Matomo to perform this process. NDMA uses this information to improve and further develop its web pages. IP addresses are made anonymous by Matomo and all statistics obtained through Matomo are stored on servers located within Norway.

NDMA uses a third-party solution known as Webcruiter for applicants to apply for civil positions in the field of "Jobs and Careers" on its’ website, forsvarsmateriell.com. Webcruiter AS is not part of forsvarsmateriell.com. Webcruiter has its own privacy statement.

All information on a Curriculum Vitae and on a Recruitment Database Webcruiter is stored in accordance with the Personal Information Act / EU Directive 95/46 / EU in the country where recruitment takes place. Webcruiter AS is a data processor.

VIDEOS ON FORSVARSMATERIELL

All videos on forsvarsmateriell.com are built up from YouTube. If you click upon the video interface, YouTube will retrieve information about your plays on the videos. Read more about this within YouTube's Privacy Policy.

SENSITIVE INFORMATION E-MAIL OR IN SOCIAL MEDIA

If you contact Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency through an e-mail address or on a social media, you must not send sensitive or confidential information through regular e-mail.

NDMA utilises the Norwegian Armed Forces media archive. The media archive is operated by third party for the NDMA. On this page, user statistics are tracked using the same tools as used by NDMA.
