European Military Airworthiness Requirements (EMAR) has been adopted as the basis for the Airworthiness Regulation in the Norwegian Defence Sector, BLF.
The EMAR documents are published as attachments to BLF as far as they are a part of the BLF regulation.
As EMAR evolves, MAA-NOR will on a continuous basis review and adopt new editions of these documents.
MAA-NOR are in the process of publishing the EMAR documents as Norwegian Military Airworthiness Requirements, NOR MAR.
In an interim period, some EMAR requirements sets will continue to be the basis for Norwegian regulation of military airworthiness, and also some EMAR AMC/GM documents will in the same period be valid AMC/GM for the published NOR MAR requirements.
Below are also links to the current editions of the regulations for Approved Aircraft Parts and for Requirements for technical skills and competence for maintenance personnel (Norwegian RFK luft).
BLF, Approved Aircraft Parts and RFK Luft will in the future be withdrawn as the NOR MAR requirements set enhanced with Norwegian AMC/GM, will cover the regulatory needs.
