Regulations

Norway has fully adopted the European Military Airworthiness Requirements (EMAR) as the basis for the Airworthiness Regulation in the Norwegian Defence Sector. The editions of EMAR and EMAR AMC & GM approved for Norway, are attachments to this regulation. As EMAR evolves, MAA-NOR will on a continuous basis review and adopt new editions of these documents. Below are also links to the current editions of the regulations for Approved Aircraft Parts and for Requirements for technical skills and competence for maintenance personnel (Norwegian RFK luft).
